My name is Cortney Gregory and I am twenty-two-years-old and live in Midland, MI. I am in the final year of the Management 3 + 1 program with Delta College and Northwood University. I have been co-oping at Dow Corning Corp. for the past 4 1/2 years, 3 1/2 of those years as a college student in the Global Logistics department.
Over the years I have worked on various projects with people from all over the world. The people I work with have made my time co-oping a great experience. Being able to talk to people who have already been there and done that helped me to decide what I wanted to study in college and what career I wanted to pursue. It has been a good paying job, while also being flexible with my school schedule. My supervisor has always followed the motto, "school comes first", which has helped me be a successful student as well as a successful employee.
