IES Abroad meets the needs of over 5,000 students per year and offers more than 80 programs in over 31 cities. It is the oldest and most reputable study abroad program available and works diligently to provide cultural immersion experiences that will alter the course of a student’s academic growth and experience.
In 1999 IES Abroad created the successful IES Abroad Map which evaluates and creates new outstanding programs on an annual basis and serves as a model for evaluating the broad array of study abroad programs available. The IES Abroad Map continues to assess programs and works in the development of new programs. Students can download a copy of the IES Abroad Map.
