In 2003, InternDirect, LLC was formed to research (in partnership with Radford University’s Center for Experiential Learning and Career Development) ways to better address the fragmented needs, definitions, and standards of the internship process. Over 4.5 years, InternDirect studied work trends, employment patterns and the collegiate employment market from the individual perspectives of Students,Employers, and Educators.
