The Academy offers two programs:
1. The Summer Internship Program offers an 8 week program in highly sought after professional industries. Each program includes international business training, fun social events, trips to explore the city and local culture, secure group accommodations, resume and interview training as well as professional internship placement.
2. Internship Placement Services is available throughout the year and works to help participants find internships in their desired location and industry. Internship placements are available in New York, San Francisco, London,Sydney, Barcelona, Cape Town, Vancouver and Dublin. The Academy offers internships in Marketing, Tourism, Legal, Business, Fashion, Charity, Media, Arts & Entertainment and Sports, and more.

To apply for the program students and young professionals will need to submit a completed application form, CV and letter of motivation. In some cases (where required) organizations may require further information like proof of language skills and qualifications. A $75 processing fee is also required when applying for the program.
