About Experience

Experience, links students, new graduates, job searchers, and employers and is the bridge that brings them all together. Experience was developed by Jenny Floren in 1996 with a goal of making the process for colleges and employers much easier. Since the creation of the web, Experience was the first web-based college recruiting platform to hit the internet.

The goal of Experience is to stream-line the process and make it easier for college students and alumni to navigate the maze of resources that exists on the internet. In addition to internships and jobs, Experience offers a wealth of resources and advice to assist those currently in the process of looking for an internship or job. Internship and job candidates can search through the large database used by over 100,000 recruiters each year.

In addition, Experience offers students an opportunity to participate in “Exclusive Experiences” with a large number of participating well known organizations as well as apply for Experience’s own “Entreprenuerial Assistant Program”.
