A graduate student from Colorado State University offers some great advice from a student's perspective on what to do and not do when attending a career fair.
Career fairs are an excellent way to meet employers who may or may not have immediate internships/jobs to offer. The important thing is to take the opportunity to meet and provide them with a resume in order to leverage yourself for any jobs or internships that come available in the future.
If you don't yet have a resume together, I suggest you stop by the Career Services Office at your college and make an appointment to get one done.
