In trying to include all of your previous jobs and co-curricular activities on your resume, it's more important to focus on the skills and accomplishments that you have that will make you a good candidate for the position. By building a strong relevant experience section on your resume, you will give an employer a better sense of what you have to offer.
Say you have experience and an interest in music, you may have one resume that lists your experiences and outline the skills you have in this area. You may also have a knack for writing with a great deal of experience writing for your college newspaper. If the focus of the internship you are applying to is in one of these areas, you will probably choose to highlight different experiences on your resume. Many resumes I see are just way too long. It is the organization of relevant experience that makes for a good resume.
