Writing Your Resume

Thursday November 5, 2009

If you are like many students, you may be beginning to think about what you're going to do next summer. If you'd like to get some work experience by doing a summer internship, now's a good time to develop and/or update your resume.

Resume writing can be done in stages and it's really not as difficult as you might think it is. By beginning to get your experiences down on paper, you'll be surprised at how fast it actually goes. Of course you can go to your college's Career Services Office for assistance or to have them look it over once it is completed.

The important thing is to get it started so that your resume is ready to send out once you've identified some internship opportunities.
